What we collect
When you use our business intake form we collect your business name, contact name, email, phone, industry, average ticket size, monthly sales volume, website and current POS. Our hosting provider also processes standard technical data such as IP address to deliver and protect the site.
If you apply to become an independent rep, we collect your name, email, phone, city and state, sales experience, how you heard about us, and your acknowledgments. If you're approved, we also collect your signed Independent Rep Agreement and W-9 (which includes your taxpayer ID) to pay you and meet tax reporting rules.
How we use it
Only to respond to you, recommend a setup and provide our services. For rep applicants, only to review your application, onboard you, pay commissions and handle tax reporting. We don't sell your information.
Who we share it with
Our hosting and infrastructure provider (Cloudflare). If you become a client, you apply directly with BitPay or Flexa; we don't collect or store identity documents.
Retention and your choices
We keep intake and rep application details as long as needed to work with you, and W-9 and payment records as long as tax law requires. Email us to see, correct or delete your information.
